Requirements to join the Gen Leads team include a quiet workspace, reliable internet access and a working telephone (we can also provide you access to our Skype acc if this is easier!) We use apps such as Google Drive, Slack and Skype to work on a schedule that fits our lives ensuring we have a work/life balance. We communicate daily via slack, work autonomously, and take ownership of our work.

We are looking for team members that can help us book in appointments for those who have ticked the learn more on our clients Facebook page. These leads are already aware of the service (as they have seen the ad) and want to either know more or book in for a free consultation.
Printing Company – Permission to email
With people being quite aware of the SPAM laws and not wanting to over step any boundaries it is deemed curtesy to ask someone if you can send them an email. These calls are to ask for permission to email the lead about a special our client currently has on offer
Allied Health – Appointment Follow Ups
Our team of appointment setters are doing an amazing job of booking in leads for our client, and now we are looking for people that can follow up these bookings to ensure that the client attended and get any feedback that is given regarding their initial consult
Allied Health – Incoming Inquiries
We are looking for people to assist with returning calls of people looking for more information regarding their appointments, or they would like to book in or reschedule an appointment.
